We prefer to start our relationship by meeting you in person. Coffee, hopefully a bit of sun, and an hour or two with you will give us a good understanding of each other and the project at hand: What vision do you have for your brand, and how can this vision align with your communication? Once we have an idea of what you need, we'll follow up with a quote or a recommendation on how to proceed.
We need to understand the problem before we can begin to think about solutions. Before we jump into production, we make sure that we understand everything correctly – and that we are coming from the right perspective to deliver a solution. Initial research, maybe some fieldwork, and taking the time to get it right at this stage will save time later in the project.
Concepts & Mock-Up
This is one of the best parts of our job as your creative team. Once the project goals are clear and both of our teams are on board, we begin to execute the plans we’ve agreed on – checking in with you periodically to present and review concepts and mock-ups. You are involved at every stage, and your feedback is very important.
Production, Build & Test
This part is, well, production. We bring craftsmanship to the table to get things done and shape your brand’s new reality. At this stage we are finalizing each point on your logo, refining the typography, building the wireframes and beta-sites. If we’re building your website, we will perform thorough testing to ensure all the bugs are worked out and your site runs smoothly.
Finally! The day has come to reveal your new brand or website to the world. Congratulations! But... the process doesn’t end there. It’s really just the beginning. We’ll assist you to implement appropriate online and offline programs to elevate your brand and get you noticed. This typically involves continued Search Engine Optimization (SEO), online advertising, email campaigns, landing pages, referral programs and social media integrations, just to name a few.
Is it working? This is a daunting question. Success comes only after continual evaluation of what works and what doesn’t. We will work with you and provide access to reporting so we can quickly change tactics, if that’s what it takes to achieve the best results.
