Brand Management/Print/Website

Rooted in local, driven by connection – RGE RD and The Butchery are a true celebration of Canadian food culture. Owned and operated by chef Blair Lebsack and front-of-house powerhouse Caitlin Fulton, these sister businesses are built on a philosophy of whole animal butchery, regional sourcing, and deep relationships with farmers and producers. We were brought on as creative partners to help reign in and evolve their brand across both concepts – ensuring consistency, clarity, and character in every touchpoint. From refining visual identity to launching The Butchery, our work has spanned years and multiple phases, with a focus on authenticity and craft that mirrors their approach to food.

Brand Rollout

Bringing the brand to life across every detail has been a layered, rewarding process. As part of the opening of The Butchery, we developed a complete creative rollout that included window graphics, custom wallpaper and tile art, exterior and interior signage, menu systems, butchery tags, packaging, branded merchandise, and traditional collateral like business cards. Everything was designed to reflect the rugged refinement and honest ethos of the brand.

We also designed and developed two distinct WordPress websites – one for RGE RD and one for The Butchery – built to be beautiful, functional, and easy to manage, while capturing the personality and voice of each space. Over the years, we’ve continued to support both brands with creative that adapts and evolves while staying true to their roots.

Why We Love Working with RGE RD & The Butchery

Our relationship with RGE RD is more than just professional – it’s personal. For years, our studio space was located directly above The Butchery, which gave us a front-row seat to the energy, care, and community they’ve built around their work. Blair and Caitlin are passionate, grounded, and fiercely committed to quality, which makes every collaboration meaningful. They trust our creative vision, welcome honest dialogue, and share our belief in the power of local. It’s a relationship built on mutual respect and a shared pride in contributing to something real and lasting in the community.
