Westerner Park is one of Central Alberta’s largest and most vital event venues – and it needed a digital presence that could keep pace. We designed and developed a custom WordPress website built for speed, security, and seamless visitor experience. With a high volume of event traffic, user-friendliness and backend clarity were non-negotiables – and we delivered.
The previous site made it difficult to showcase upcoming events and connect users with the right information. We reimagined the event listing system to prioritize clarity and accessibility, and integrated a smoother path to online ordering. From ticket sales to venue info, everything is now easier to find – and easier to manage on the backend.
We also placed a strong focus on site performance, tightening up load times and security across the board to handle seasonal traffic spikes and keep the experience frustration-free.
As part of this digital overhaul, we modernized Westerner Park’s visual language to better reflect its role as a vibrant community anchor. The new design is clean, confident, and responsive across devices – giving the team more flexibility to communicate clearly and update content quickly.
The result? A platform that’s not only easier to navigate, but one that elevates the entire brand experience for visitors and organizers alike.
