YEG XMAS Market is Edmonton’s premier holiday festival experience, and the winner of the Edmonton Tourism Awards Fall/Winter Festival of the Year 2025. As the event continued to grow in size and popularity, the team behind the market brought us on board to elevate their festival experience across every touchpoint.

From a brand-new website to a full suite of promotional, on-site, and digital materials, we became their go-to creative partner – delivering a cohesive, festive, and high-impact presence that matched the energy and scale of the event.

Marketing Collateral & Event Materials

From the first impression to the last detail, we handled every piece of YEG XMAS Market’s visual presence. Our team designed a wide range of marketing and promotional collateral, including traditional pieces like posters, postcards, billboards, and print media, as well as digital assets such as display ads, digital billboards, and social campaign graphics.

We also led the design of all signage and way-finding for the event itself, along with branded takeaways like custom drink cups, bags, and merchandise. As their trusted creative partner, we were on call for every design need – whether project-based or last-minute – and we’re excited to continue evolving the site and supporting the festival’s future growth.

When we joined the project, YEG XMAS Market was operating on a basic Squarespace website that had become cumbersome to manage and lacked the flexibility needed for a growing event. We designed and developed a custom WordPress website tailored specifically to their needs – prioritizing ease of use, strong visuals, and the ability to scale.

The new site includes flexible content modules, streamlined event info, vendor features, ticketing integrations, a customizable interactive map and an easy-to-update backend that empowers their team to manage updates on the fly. It’s built to evolve with the festival and ready to support its growth year after year.
